1. As-Is Software
All software, tools, and projects on this site and the associated GitHub repositories are provided "as-is", with no warranty of any kind. There is no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
2. Security Tools — Authorized Use Only
The security and penetration-testing tools published by LxveLabs are intended for authorized use only — security research, penetration testing with explicit permission, education, and CTF competitions. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. Only test systems and hardware you own or have explicit written permission to test.
3. No Liability
LxveLabs and its contributors assume no liability for how these tools are used or for any damage, data loss, or legal consequence arising from their use or misuse. You use them at your own risk.
4. Hardware Projects
Hardware information (builds, wiring, soldering, board configurations) is provided for educational purposes only. Follow proper safety practices, respect your local electrical and radio regulations, and consult qualified professionals where appropriate. Boards described as "in development" are not finished products and are not for sale unless stated otherwise.
5. High-Risk & RF Tools
Some tools interact with wireless radios. Wi-Fi deauthentication, RF interference, and similar transmit behaviors are illegal to use against networks or devices you do not own or lack permission to test in most jurisdictions (in the United States, see 47 U.S.C. § 333). LxveLabs does not build or ship jammers. Where RF testing is performed, do it only on hardware you own — ideally inside an authorized, RF-shielded enclosure. Each repository carries its own disclaimer and responsible-use notes; read them before you build or flash anything.
6. Third-Party Links
Links to external sites (GitHub, PCBWay, vendor pages) are provided for reference. They are not endorsements, and no commission is earned through them.
7. Not Legal Advice
This page is a good-faith, plain-language notice — not legal advice. If you need certainty about what is lawful for you, consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
